John Gilders is a career development practitioner who has worked in settings as diverse as schools, TAFE’s, community organisations and private practice. He is an advocate for youth, delivering career services, workshops and presentations to thousands of school students over almost two decades. He is the Director of Orange Flag Career Services and has been active in Queensland’s division of the Career Development Association of Australia. He has managed Australian Government youth programs, LCP and the School Business Community Partnership Broker Program in recent years. John was a foundation board member of Ohana Education and holds the position of Treasurer on the board of the arts not-for-profit Creative Industries Gold Coast.
